FTC 4410's 2024 Robot

September 2023 - March 2024 (10th Grade)
  • Robot that we made for the 2023-2024 Season, “CENTERSTAGE”
  • Primary function is to pick up 3-inch wide colored hexagons called ‘Pixels’ and deposit them on an angled board.
  • Built out of custom machined metal and 3D printed PLA Parts.
  • Won 5 awards across at 3 competitions.
  • Created three separate inverse kinematics algorithms used in the bot to score higher and faster.
  • Robot uses 8 different types of sensors and 19 sensors in total.
  • Autonomous program with well over 1 trillion possible combinations and outcomes, sensing other moving robots on the field and objects, reacting in real time.
